By the time I reached the age of 12, I was already considered obese. Thankfully, my mom purchased an aerobics video when I was in high school. After completing the moves on the video only one time, I was hooked. I quickly lost weight and I’ve never looked back. At the age of 36, I weigh the same thing that I did when I graduated high school. Because I know what it feels like to be overweight, I would like to help other people reach their weight loss goals.
